Cork on Ice respects your right to privacy. Visitors are advised that each time they visit a website two general levels of information about their visit can be retained. The first level comprises statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate and non-individual specific basis of all browsers who visit the site. The second is information which is personal or particular to a specific visitor who knowingly chooses to provide that information.

The statistical and analytical information provides general and not individually specific information about the number of people who visit this website; the number of people who return to this site; the pages that they visit; where they were before they came to this site and the page in the site at which they exited. This information helps us monitor traffic on our website so that we can manage the siteÌs capacity and efficiency. Cork on Ice Booking Terms & Conditions
Cork on Ice takes all reasonable care to ensure your comfort and safety however this is an ice rink and we are not responsible in the event of an accident. Use of the facilities is entirely at the users own risk. Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred. Tickets are valid only for the session stated on the ticket. Ticketholders are requested to arrive 20 minutes before their session begins. Unused Gift Vouchers expire on completion of the event. Cork on Ice will not refund expired Gift Vouchers. Should equipment failure or other unforeseen event cause Cork on Ice management to cancel an ice skating session, management will issue the ticketholder with a ticket for an alternative session. Refunds will not be offered. Cork on Ice is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property. Children's tickets are available to children at the age of 12 and we require that children are accompanied by a parent or guardian (it is not necessary for the parent or guardian to accompany the child onto the ice rink) who is required to remain on the premises for the duration of the session. Cork on Ice reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove any person whose behavior, in the opinion of Management, may cause offence or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment of the event by others.
